Improved Co-op Registration Form

When a new co-op is being registered in FareShare, they will now have the option to auto-populate their suppliers list from a selection of existing suppliers that FareShare knows about. New admins can also configure different aspects of how their co-op should be set up in FareShare.

Other improvements

We also have completed a series of performance improvements to help some of the pages load a little faster, improved our auto-tweaking feature, and fixed a few bugs!
