Tutorials

The member and admin sites now have walk-through tutorials. The member site tutorial shows new members all the different parts of how to use FareShare as a member.

For admins, there is a series of different tutorials showing you how the admin site works and some of the things you can do. This will greatly help admins and members get up to speed fast!

Admins will find the tutorials in the new Help section, and member will see it in their profile page.

Easy Support Requests

Admins now have the ability to send a message direct to the FareShare support team. This new page is in the new Help section of the admin site. This will help you to communicate with us and for us to help address any issues you may have sooner.
